Subscription Purchase Agreement


This Subscription Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms that apply when you subscribe to services within the Nomu app. By subscribing, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.


  1. About Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to premium or optional features within Nomu for a recurring fee. Subscriptions are digital services only and do not represent real money or equity in Nomu.


  1. Purchasing Subscriptions

2.1 How Subscriptions Work

All subscription purchases are processed through the platform’s in-app purchase system:

  • Apple App Store: charges are processed via your Apple ID

  • Google Play Store: charges are processed via your Google account

When you subscribe:

  • You authorize the platform to charge your account

  • Pricing and billing frequency are determined by the platform’s regional rules

  • Billing, payment processing, and refund decisions are handled by the respective platform

  • Nomu does not collect or store payment card details or financial information


2.2 Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Use a valid Apple ID or Google account

  • Comply with App Store or Google Play policies and applicable laws


  1. Pricing, Billing & Taxes

  • Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency based on your Apple ID or Google account region

  • Taxes, fees, or currency adjustments are determined by the respective platform or your local jurisdiction

  • Subscription fees may change due to platform pricing adjustments or tax policies

  • Changes to subscription fees apply to future billing cycles only; completed charges are not affected


  1. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period

  • To manage or cancel your subscription:

    • Apple: use your Apple ID account settings

    • Google: use your Google Play subscription settings

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund fees already paid

  • Refunds are determined solely by the respective platform according to their policies

  • For billing or refund issues, contact the relevant platform support


  1. Use of Subscription

Subscription benefits can be used only within the Nomu app. Subscriptions are non-transferable and do not entitle you to financial returns.


  1. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

Nomu may suspend or restrict accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent subscription transactions

  • Chargebacks or unauthorized purchases

  • Abusing subscription features or attempting to bypass billing

Consequences may include:

  • Termination of subscription

  • Removal of subscription access

  • Reporting fraudulent activity to authorities as required by law


  1. No Ownership Rights

Subscribing grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use subscription features. Subscriptions do not provide ownership, equity, or other legal rights in Nomu.


  1. Termination or Forfeiture

  • Subscriptions terminate automatically if your account is deleted or banned

  • Any unused subscription benefits are forfeited upon termination

  • Nomu may discontinue specific subscription features, with reasonable notice when possible


  1. System Changes & Discontinuation

Nomu may modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription features at any time. Notice of major changes will be provided whenever possible.


  1. Legal Compliance

Subscription use must comply with:

  • App Store and Google Play policies

  • Local digital goods regulations

  • Consumer protection laws

  • Anti-fraud regulations
