Coin Purchase Agreement
This Coin Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms that apply when you purchase or use Coins within the Nomu app. By buying or using Coins, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. About Coins
Coins are a virtual in-app currency used within Nomu. Coins may be used to unlock certain optional features or support creators through in-app actions (such as tipping).
Coins do not represent real money and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
2. Purchasing Coins
2.1 How Purchases Work
All Coin purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system (“IAP”). When you purchase Coins:
You authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID
Pricing is determined by Apple’s regional pricing rules
All billing, payment processing, and refund decisions are handled by Apple
Nomu does not collect or store payment card details or financial information.
2.2 Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Use a valid Apple ID
Comply with App Store policies and applicable laws
3. Pricing and Taxes
Coin prices are displayed in your local currency based on your Apple ID region.
Taxes, fees, or currency adjustments are determined by Apple or your local jurisdiction.
Prices may change from time to time due to:
Apple’s pricing adjustments
Exchange rate changes
App Store tax policies
Purchases already completed are not affected by later price changes.
4. Refunds
Nomu does not issue refunds directly.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, you may request a refund through:

Apple alone determines refund approvals based on App Store policies.
We cannot override or influence refund decisions.
5. Use of Coins
Coins may be used for approved in-app features, such as:
Supporting creators with tips
Unlocking optional enhancements
Other features introduced in future updates
Coins cannot be:
Exchanged for real money
Transferred between users
Gifted outside the platform
Cashed out or redeemed in any form
Coins do not earn interest and do not represent a financial deposit.
6. Misuse and Fraud Prevention
Nomu reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in:
Fraudulent transactions
Chargebacks
Unauthorized purchases
Abusing the coin system
Attempts to manipulate pricing or rewards
In such cases, we may:
Remove Coins obtained improperly
Disable access to paid features
Terminate the account
Report fraudulent activity where required by law
7. No Ownership Rights
Purchasing Coins grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Coins solely within Nomu. Coins are not your property and do not give you any legal or financial rights.
Meta Zone Technology Limited may manage, adjust, modify, or remove Coin features at its discretion.
8. Expiration or Forfeiture
Coins do not have an automatic expiration date.
However, Coins may be forfeited if:
Your account is deleted
Your account is banned for violating policies
You are inactive for an extended period (e.g., 24 months)
Coin-related features are legally required to be discontinued
We will notify users in advance if major changes to the Coin system occur.
9. System Changes & Discontinuation
Nomu may modify or discontinue Coin features, pricing, or usage at any time.
In the event that the Coin system is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
10. Legal Compliance
Coin purchases must comply with:
App Store policies
Local digital goods regulations
Consumer protection laws
Anti-fraud requirements
Meta Zone Technology Limited reserves all rights to enforce compliance.
