1. Introduction

Welcome to Nomu, a skill-sharing and content community operated by Meta Zone Technology Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nomu mobile application, website, and related services (“the Service”).

By creating an account or using Nomu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Meta Zone Technology Limited.

2. Eligibility

To use Nomu, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to deny access to any user who does not meet these requirements.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will remove the account and related data in accordance with our policies.

3. Your Account Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Keep your credentials confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Not allow others to use your account

• Not create multiple accounts without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false information

• Engage in prohibited activities

• Compromise the safety or experience of others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Nomu allows you to post and share content such as skills, photos, videos, text, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).

4.1 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to share your content

• Your content does not infringe the rights of others

• Your content complies with these Terms and local laws

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

4.2 License You Grant to Us

By posting content, you grant Meta Zone Technology Limited a:

Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to:

• Use

• Reproduce

• Host

• Display

• Modify (for formatting/display only)

• Distribute

your User Content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

This license lasts only as long as your content remains on Nomu.

4.3 Removal of Content

We may remove or restrict access to any content that:

• Violates these Terms

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Contains prohibited material

• Interferes with the safety or experience of others

You may also delete your own content at any time.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a safe environment, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that includes:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech

• Violence or threats

• Explicit, sexual, or pornographic material

• Discriminatory or abusive behavior

• Personal data of others without permission

• Dangerous, illegal, or harmful activities

• Spam, misleading promotions, or scams

• Malware, hacking tools, or harmful software

• Copyright violations or stolen materials

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Use Nomu for commercial solicitation or advertising

• Impersonate others

• Create fake or misleading accounts

• Access the service in unauthorized ways (e.g., bots, scrapers)

• Circumvent security or moderation systems

• Attempt to collect data about other users

• Use Nomu for anything unrelated to skill sharing and community interaction

Violation may result in suspension, content removal, or permanent account termination.

6. Coins, Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

Nomu offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual coins and subscription plans, which provide access to additional features and enhanced experiences within the app.

All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store In-App Purchase system. Nomu does not collect or store users’ payment card information.

6.1 Coins

• Coins are a virtual currency used within Nomu.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Coins cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or sold outside of Nomu.

• Coin purchases are final and are subject to Apple’s App Store policies and applicable laws.

6.2 Subscriptions

Nomu may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features or services.

Subscription details, including:

• Subscription name

• Subscription duration

• Subscription price

are displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Subscription availability, pricing, and billing periods may vary depending on your region and applicable App Store policies.

6.3 Payments

• All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.

• We do not access, process, or store your payment card information.

• Prices may vary by region due to currency exchange rates, taxes, and App Store policies.

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests for purchases or subscriptions are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.

Nomu does not have the ability to directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. Users may request a refund through Apple’s official refund process where applicable.

6.5 Payment Misuse

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that:

• Attempt to abuse payment systems;

• Use fraudulent payment methods;

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with purchases, subscriptions, or virtual currency systems.

7. Permissions and Access

Nomu may request access to certain device features:

• Camera (for uploading media)

• Photo Library (for choosing media)

• Location Services (for optional location-based features)

• Notifications

• IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers, used only for analytics & attribution)

You may grant or revoke permissions at any time through device settings.

Some app features may not function properly if permissions are disabled.

8. Safety and Security

We take user safety seriously and implement technical and organizational measures to protect the Service.

However, no system is completely secure.

We may:

• Monitor activity for policy violations

• Remove harmful content

• Suspend accounts for safety reasons

• Temporarily restrict access during investigations

9. Third-Party Services

Nomu uses trusted service providers to support operations, including:

• Firebase (analytics, crash reporting)

• Adjust (install attribution & performance measurement)

• Cloud hosting providers

These partners process data only as needed and follow strict confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Service Availability

Nomu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation

• Error-free functionality

• Complete accuracy of user content

• Protection against all data loss or unauthorized access

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in harmful or illegal activity

• We must comply with legal requests

• You misuse payment, coins, or community features

You may delete your account at any time in the App.

Upon termination, certain data may be retained as required by law or for safety purposes.

12. Disclaimers

Meta Zone Technology Limited is not responsible for:

• User-generated content

• Third-party actions

• Losses caused by unauthorized account use

• Service outages or technical failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of Nomu is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, rights may vary.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect.

Your continued use of Nomu after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Meta Zone Technology Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
